Levels of noise generated from grinding machines were measured. Noise levels as high as 116dB was obtained. These levels of noise can be stressful that can result to fatigue. It is capable of causing temporary and permanent deaf. Noise spectra generated from grinding machines are mixture of low and high frequencies. Low and high frequencies noise can have negative effects on memory. The levels of noise generated from these machines are very high and are above the international standard value. Critical investigations showed that some of these machines are old enough to be replaced, lack adequate maintenance and were poorly installed, thereby gave rooms for vibrations that produce noise.

The subject matter of this research work is to evaluate the extent to which Small Scale entrepreneurs in Enugu have been able to obtain loans and raise finance from Nigerian Commercial Banks as a major source of finance to the economy. The main objective of the study is to establish the role of Commercial Banks in financing Small Scale Enterprises (SSEs) in Enugu .A review of literature was done to ensure the conclusion of the study. Based on the analysis, Commercial Banks comply with the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) credit guidelines which stipulated that they should set aside 10% of their profit before tax for loan to Small Scale Enterprises (SSEs).Commercial Banks require feasibility report from SSEs before granting loan to them. Small Scale Enterprises do not provide proper feasibility studies due to poor level of education. The research concluded that for small scale enterprises to survive, there have to be a collective effort between them and banks. Also the government should engage more in the development of Small Scale Enterprises by creating and embarking on various incentives to encourage both Small Scale Enterprises and commercial banks.

The aim of the project is to develop mobile application for a small business which will help with interaction within the business and the customer. Most of the current system of dry cleaning finds it difficult and it is time consuming for placing and delivery of services and insufficient communication between the business and client/customers, pick up and drop off time are very stressful. Therefore, the research work is aid at developing a mobile application for small scale business which will help with interaction within the business and the customer, and also will help in eliminating manual cataloguing of clothes, eliminate manual searching of customer’s clothes and have manual back up if it fails. Personal observation and interview method was use in the research of this work and this research work is centred on scheduling i.e. pick up and drop off time and it is limited to minna metropolis, Niger state.

Children as young as nine years have ruined their life by their quest to be rich at very tender age. Who is to be blamed for this development? The parents?. The society?. Or the policy makers?
