Assessment On Impacts Of Records Management Programmes In Public Service Offices
The research was conducted in MEM where records staff and other few staff were included in the study all are community based MEM. The sample size used in collection of data was 7 records staff in each registry (open and confidential) and a total of 10 other staff and 3 from top management of MEM. Also 5 other members of public out of the case study in order to get different ideas. Generally a total number of 32 people were given questionnaires to fill in the required information. In the research findings questionnaires and interview were administered to collect the data to prove the stated objective of the research goals. Moreover the research finding was used to provide new knowledge to what has been stated by other researchers also to come up with alternative ways to overcome the problem and advice other areas for further research.
