This research work focused on design and implementation of a pensioners payrolling system a case study of PENCOM Uyo. A pensioners payrolling system is an automated system that aids in computing monthly pension contribution so that it will be easy to determine the total amount of pension payable after retirement. The system is necessary because the manual method of preparing pension payroll is time consuming and this brings about delay in processing payment of pension. A database application is developed to solve this problem. The system analysis and design methodology used is Object Oriented Analysis and Design Methodology (OOADM). Use case model was used to represent the components of the system and their interaction with the actors involved in the system. The programming language used is Visual BASIC 6.0.
