Today, computers have emerged as highly efficient instruments that play a crucial role in managing information effectively. They have significantly enhanced government services, particularly in handling traffic-related matters across the country.

The process of computerization has benefited various aspects of life. Given the essential nature of motor vehicle registration to both the government and vehicle owners, the transition to computerized operations has become imperative to eliminate the issues associated with manual data processing systems.

This project thoroughly discusses the challenges that have affected motor vehicle registration objectives and introduces a newly innovated method to address these issues.

The study focuses on computerizing the registration process to identify the specific problems encountered when vehicles are manually registered.
