Communication Among Student Secretaries Barriers, Effects, Solution

(Case Study Of Imt, Enugu)

Communication among student secretaries is a dynamic process crucial for the efficient functioning of academic institutions. However, various barriers can impede this intricate network of information exchange, hindering the smooth flow of administrative processes. These hurdles may include misinterpretation of directives, lack of a standardized communication platform, and the challenge of coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously. Such impediments can result in delayed responses, potential errors, and a less cohesive administrative environment. To address these issues, implementing a centralized digital communication system, conducting regular training sessions to enhance communication skills, and fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration can significantly alleviate these challenges. By adopting these measures, student secretaries can overcome communication barriers, leading to a more streamlined administrative process within educational institutions.
