Abstract
This research is conducted to provide insight on state-owned newspapers and their challenges. Chapter one stated the problem its significance and the scope of the study. Chapter two contains an extreme examination of secondary data provided by protein scholars of the concept. Chapter three describe how data were collected especially the use of primary sources as questionnaire and oral interview. Chapter four presented a thorough analysis of the data collected. Finally the research findings summary conclusion and relevant recommendations are contained in chapter five.
