Impact Of Industrial Training On Banking Finance Students

(A Case Study Of I.M.T Enugu)

The organizational structure of commercial banks significantly influences the efficiency of customer service delivery. A streamlined structure that fosters clear communication channels and well-defined roles and responsibilities tends to enhance responsiveness to customer needs. For instance, decentralized structures with empowered front-line staff may facilitate quicker decision-making and resolution of customer issues, leading to higher satisfaction levels. Conversely, overly bureaucratic or hierarchical structures can impede agility and responsiveness, resulting in delays and frustration for customers. Therefore, a well-designed organizational structure that prioritizes customer-centricity and facilitates seamless coordination among different departments is crucial for ensuring efficient customer service in commercial banks.
