The Study On The Causes Of Signal Strength Variation Of Mobile Phone Network (PDF/DOC)
Assessing the performance and service quality of GSM networks is crucial for mobile operators, as revenue and customer satisfaction depend directly on these factors. Evaluating Mobile Network Service Satisfaction, particularly from the consumer’s perspective, is essential to gauge network performance and uphold service quality standards. This project focuses on evaluating the service quality provided by four core GSM networks in Nigeria—MTN, ETISALAT, AIRTEL, and GLO—based on end-user satisfaction. A drive test report conducted within a university environment utilizes the Network Signal Info Professional application to propose enhancements for network operators. The analysis focuses on Mobile Network Signal Strength for GSM Networks.
