The general objective of this study is to assess the adequacy of office management graduates and evaluate their employability skills as perceived by employers in tertiary institutions within Ekiti State.
Specific Objectives
To identify the key employability skills expected of office management graduates by employers in Ekiti State.
To assess the level of adequacy of office management graduates in possessing these employability skills.
To explore the challenges faced by office management graduates in meeting the expectations of employers in Ekiti State.
Research Questions
